Is my BottleBottle dishwasher safe?

Yes, all of BottleBottle's metal products have dishwasher-safe bottles, and hand-washing of lids and straws is recommended.

How should I clean my BottleBottle?

All BottleBottle's metal products are dishwasher safe for their bottles, lids are recommended to be hand washed. We recommend using warm soapy water to wash our straw and lid cleaning kits.

Can I put other beverages in there besides water?

Yes, All metal products can hold cold, carbonated, and hot drinks.

Do your products contain BPA?

All plastics used in BottleBottle products are BPA- and phthalate-free.

Are stainless-steel bottles microwave safe?

The stainless-steel bottles should never be microwaved.

Do you have a warranty?

All manufacturer defects are eligible for a refund or free replacement within 90 days.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive (including processing and shipping)?

The processing and shipping time may vary depending on the shipping method you choose. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the following estimates exclude nights, weekends, and holidays.


Standard Shipping
If you choose standard shipping, orders placed before 1 PM GMT will be processed the same day and delivered within three to five business days. Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the following day.


Express Delivery
If you choose Express Delivery, orders placed before 1 PM GMT will be processed the same day and delivered in 1-2 days. Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the following day.
